The Lowdown
Bellingham Bay Marathon’s last confirmed edition was September 20, 2026. The marathon started at 7:30am PDT, with an early walker start at 6:45am; the half marathon, 10K and 5K had separate starts. The point-to-point marathon began at Lummi Nation School, 2334 Lummi View Drive, and finished at Depot Market Square. The organizer describes views of Bellingham Bay, the San Juan Islands and the North Cascades, and directs net proceeds to Whatcom County youth nonprofits. Packet pickup for the completed edition was September 19 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at Four Points, 714 Lakeway Drive; a friend could collect a packet using the entrant’s name. A projected 2027 date or a historical $155 late-entry price should not be treated as an available registration offer.
