Marathon Brabant is an autumn marathon held every last Sunday of October in Etten-Leur, in the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant, now in its fifth decade and title-sponsored by the Etten-Leur-based accountancy and tax advisory firm Van Oers (officially branded the Van Oers Marathon Brabant). The 2026 edition runs on Sunday, October 25, preceded on Saturday, October 24 by the MB Medisports City-Walk. Runners choose from a full marathon (42.2 km, two-loop course), a half marathon (21.1 km), a 10K, a 5K, a 2.5K youth run, and a family fun run, with the shorter distances looping through Etten-Leur's flat town center and the 10K, half marathon, and marathon extending into the surrounding Brabant countryside. The marathon starts at 10:45 AM, the 10K at 10:30 AM, the 5K at noon, and the half marathon at 12:45 PM. Organizers advertise Marathon Brabant as one of the most affordable marathons in the Netherlands. Online registration is open now through race day, closing 30 minutes before each runner's chosen start; pre-registration through September 29 locks in the lowest entry fee and a printed name on the bib. Dutch entrants who register from October 1 onward, plus all Belgian and other foreign participants, pick up their bib at the Nobelaer venue on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning before the race.
