Mexico City is situated at an elevation of approximately 2,240 meters (7,350 feet) above sea level. This high altitude can pose challenges, especially for those not accustomed to such conditions. It's advisable to incorporate altitude-specific training or arrive a few days early to acclimate.
August in Mexico City is typically part of the rainy season, so be prepared for potential precipitation. Additionally, air quality can vary; participants sensitive to pollution should take necessary precautions.
