Eindhoven Marathon
The Lowdown
The Eindhoven Marathon is an annual autumn marathon held in Eindhoven, in the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant, currently sponsored by chipmaker ASML and branded ASML Marathon Eindhoven. The 2026 edition runs on Sunday, October 11, as the centerpiece of a two-day event weekend (October 10-11) that also includes the ASML Half Marathon, the RSM Quarter Marathon, a 5K City Run, an Urban Walk, and a Kids Run, with roughly 40,000 runners across all distances. The marathon starts at 10:00 AM on Montgomerylaan and finishes on Vestdijk, both near Eindhoven Central Station; the route was redesigned to be faster and is now considered one of the flattest, quickest marathon courses in the Netherlands, popular with runners chasing a personal best. The 2026 marathon also doubles as the Belgian Championships Marathon. Every kilometer is marked with color-coded signage, pacers run at 15-minute intervals, and all finishers receive a medal. Registration for 2026 opened on March 5 with tiered pricing from €95 up to €115 for the marathon and €47 up to €58 for the half marathon; both distances have since sold out. Runners without a bib can join the official waiting list or register through the marathon's charity partner, KWF Kankerbestrijding (the Dutch Cancer Society), by committing to raise at least €500 in sponsorship.
