The Lowdown
Knokke Run is a seaside city race in Knokke-Heist, on the Flemish coast, held on 1 May. Run as the EnergyVision Knokke Run, it offers a half marathon, a 10 km, a 6 km and a Persil Kids Run of 1.5 km for ages 6 to 12. The zones around the Burgemeester Graaf Leopold Lippenspark and the Gemeenteplein serve as start and finish. In 2026 the half marathon started at 9:15, and pacers ran it from 4:30 to 6:30 per km. Timing is by chip, and every finisher gets a commemorative medal. Packet pickup and free bag storage are at Sporthal De Stormmeeuw, and the organizers recommend arriving by train.
