30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races

The 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races bring runners to Rosemary Beach, Florida every Thanksgiving morning for a flat, USATF-certified 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Fun Run along Scenic Highway 30A. Now in its 15th year, the race series has raised more than $1 million for local charity partners, including Children in Crisis, Bailey Brigade, Children's Volunteer Health Network, and Habitat for Humanity of Walton County. The out-and-back course starts and finishes at Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach, passing the coastal architecture and dune lakes that define South Walton's 30A corridor. The 10K serves as the RRCA Florida State Championship race for 2026, and Southern Living magazine has ranked the event among the top 10 turkey trots in the South. After crossing the finish line, participants gather for a post-race celebration with breakfast, a complimentary mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, a live DJ, and local vendors — a Thanksgiving morning tradition for both 30A locals and visiting families.
