BCS Marathon
The Lowdown
The BCS Marathon is the flagship road race of Bryan-College Station, Texas, home to Texas A&M University, returning for its 15th edition on December 13, 2026. USATF-certified and a Boston Marathon qualifier, the race starts and finishes at Wolf Pen Creek Park and offers a marathon, half marathon, and 4- or 8-runner relay teams, with a 7:00 a.m. start and a rolling 6.5-hour course closure based on a 15-minute-per-mile pace. The mostly flat loop course winds through shady Bryan neighborhoods, past several golf courses, and around the Texas A&M campus, with rolling hills concentrated around miles 11-13 before finishing near the mall area. One hundred percent of race proceeds benefit local charities. Registration is open through Race Roster, with Tier 1 pricing running May 14 through July 31, 2026 before fees rise in two later tiers ahead of race day.

Now in its 15th edition for 2026, making it a well-established Bryan-College Station tradition.
100% of race proceeds benefit local charities.
Course passes through Bryan, several golf courses, a gated neighborhood around mile 10, and circles the Texas A&M University campus before finishing near the mall area.
Medical stations positioned at miles 5, 9, 13, 16, and 21; aid stations with water and electrolyte replacement approximately every 1.5 miles.
Current title sponsor is Baylor Scott & White Health; official registration lists the event as the '2026 Baylor Scott & White College Station Marathon & Half Marathon,' but the long-standing local/common name 'BCS Marathon' is used here for slug stability given sponsor volatility.
