The Lowdown

Helsingborg Marathon starts at Sundstorget near Dunkers Culture House and runs south along the sea to Råå marina. The course then turns inland through Ramlösa Brunnspark, Fredriksdal Museums and Gardens, past Kärnan tower and through Pålsjö forest. It finishes at Gröningen by the Øresund, with about 135 meters of total ascent. The field is capped at 2,500 runners, with 14 aid stations and pace groups from 3:00 to 5:30. The course is measured by a certified World Athletics measurer. The HOKA Half Marathon, relays and kids runs run the same weekend.
