The Lowdown

SäterMaran is a small road race organized by Säters IF FIK in Säter, Dalarna, held on a Sunday in early May. The marathon is run as two laps of a measured course, and the half marathon and 10K run alongside it. The half marathon doubles as the Mittsvenska district championship. In 2026 the start was at 11:00 and the marathon field was tiny, with only two finishers on the results list.
