The Leuven Marathon is a road race through the Flemish university city of Leuven, with a marathon, a half marathon and a 10K. The second edition is on Sunday, 11 April 2027, with start and finish at the Philipssite. The marathon passes the Grote Markt, the Gothic City Hall and St Peter's Church, then adds a green loop through the Heverleebos woods in the Brabantse Wouden National Park. The first edition on 19 April 2026 drew about 17,900 starters. Online registration is open until 10 April 2027 unless a distance sells out, and prices rise as more runners sign up.
