Marathon Kortrijk

Marathon Kortrijk, run as the Skylux Marathon Kortrijk, is a road marathon through the centre of Kortrijk in West Flanders, Belgium. The first edition in nearly 20 years was held on 26 April 2026, and the second is on Sunday 25 April 2027, starting at the Nelson Mandelaplein and finishing on the Grote Markt below the belfry. The route passes the Broel towers and follows the River Lys, and the organizer reports under 140 metres of climbing for the marathon. Aid stations are placed every 5 km, and the pacer team covers finish times from 2:59 to 5:00. The time limit is 6 hours. The marathon costs 65 euros for the first 800 entries and 75 euros after that, and the 2026 edition's 4,085 places sold out quickly. The organizer says the 2027 course will be measured by AIMS and World Athletics.
