Richmond 10K
The Lowdown
Richmond 10K is the opening race of Richmond RUNFEST weekend, run entirely inside Kew Gardens (the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) in Richmond upon Thames, southwest London. The fully road-closed, flat tarmac course starts and finishes next to the Orangery, looping through the gardens' avenues on an England Athletics certified route (Licence ID: 28982), with a water station at 5K and the finish. Runners who arrive before 8:20am get complimentary Kew Gardens admission for two adults and two children. The 10K runs on the Saturday, a day ahead of the Richmond Half Marathon and Richmond Marathon, which finish at a music-festival celebration in Richmond town centre. Standard public entry has sold out for 2026; charity places remain available through official fundraising partners with a minimum pledge.
