The SP City Marathon is organized by Iguana Sports and run in late July in São Paulo, alongside a half marathon. Run as the Nike SP City Marathon since 2026, it carries the World Athletics label and the Gold Seal of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation (CBAt). The 2026 edition started at Praça Charles Miller in Pacaembu and finished at the Jockey Club de São Paulo, with 24,000 runners in the half marathon and 8,300 in the marathon. Entries for 2027 are open at R$ 329.90 for either distance, and the 2026 edition sold out.
