SportScheck RUN Nürnberg is a city run through the old town of Nuremberg, Bavaria, organized by the sports retailer SportScheck as the finale of its RUN series. The 2027 edition is set for Sunday 24 October, with a half marathon at 10:00, a 10 km at 13:15 and a short run at 15:00. All distances start at the Hauptmarkt and run through the historic old town to the Wöhrder See, and the half marathon covers the loop twice. One ticket covers any of the three distances and includes the official SportScheck RUN shirt, which replaces the bib, plus a disposable timing chip from TimeMotion. The half marathon sold out before the 2026 edition, so early booking matters. Kids can run a 1.7 km Kids RUN or a 600 m Bambini RUN.
