The Lowdown

The Teninger Allmendlauf is a January 10 km road race organised by TuS Teningen, north of Freiburg. The 35th edition is set for Sunday 17 January 2027, with the 10 km main run starting at 11:15 in front of the Ludwig-Jahn-Halle. The course is officially measured and flat, with about 3 km on asphalt and 7 km on forest tracks. Spikes are not allowed. Youth and children's runs of about 2,200 m and 950 m take place earlier the same morning. The organizer lists cash prizes for the top three men and women overall, and online certificates for all participants after the race.
