The Ludwigsburger DJK-Lauf is a community road race held around 3 October at the DJK sports ground in Ludwigsburg, organized by SG DJK Ludwigsburg e.V. The 5th edition ran on Saturday, 3 October 2026, and the 10 km is the main race, alongside a 5 km, a 1.3 km youth and inclusion run and a 500 m children's run. The course uses rubberized and asphalt surfaces with no gravel and runs through the Ossweiler fields with views over the Neckar valley. Water stations stand at 2.8, 5 and 7.8 km, and timing is by a transponder in the bib. Entries are online only, and the 5 km and 10 km sold out before the deadline in 2026, so register early once entries open. The date shown for 2027 is projected from the October 3 cadence and has not been confirmed by the organizer.
