The Lowdown
The Cascade Half Marathon runs on country roads around Turner, Oregon, with the races starting and finishing at Cascade High School. The organizer describes the course as flat and surrounded by farmland, with water stations and toilets on the route. The half marathon offers a standard 9 a.m. start and an 8:30 a.m. option for runners expecting to take more than 2.5 hours.
