The Lowdown
The Madison Station Half Marathon starts under the arch in Madison's historic downtown and finishes at the red caboose. It is an RRCA State Championship race for Mississippi. A 10K, a 5K run and a 5K walk start in separate waves after the half marathon. Finishers receive a medal while supplies last, and the post-race party has live music and food. Proceeds support the Webster Animal Shelter and the Madison Cultural Art Center. There is no race day registration, and signing up at packet pickup costs $10 more.
