The Eddie Ferrell St. Patrick's Music City Half Marathon is a March race that opens Nashville's St. Patrick's Day weekend, with a 10K and a 5K on the same morning. The 21st edition moves to a new downtown home at Public Square Park and a new course through Music City. Runners finish into a post-race celebration with music and cold beer.
