Grand Forks 10
The Lowdown
Grand Forks 10 is the marquee race of a two-day race weekend hosted by See Dick Run in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The 10 mile (16.1 km) road race starts at 6:30 AM on Saturday at the Sorlie Bridge (DeMers Avenue Bridge) in downtown Grand Forks, crosses the Red River, passes the University of North Dakota (UND) campus, and returns along the Red River Greenway through Grand Forks and East Grand Forks before finishing downtown. The course is flat and fast, with aid stations at miles 1.75, 5, 7, and 8.25. The same weekend also includes a 10K over part of the same route and a Friday-evening 5K along the Greenway, plus a dog run and a kids' fun run. Now in its seventh year, the weekend donates its proceeds to local Grand Forks charities.
