Deejay Ten Milano
The Lowdown
The Deejay Ten Milano is the Milan stage and traditional grand finale of Radio Deejay's Deejay Ten series, a non-competitive running festival now in its 21st edition. Held each October, the event offers a 10 km route (open to entrants aged 16 and over) and a 5 km route (open to all ages, with children under 12 accompanied by an adult), both starting from Piazza del Duomo and looping through Milan's traffic-free city center to the finish near Parco Sempione. Radio Deejay hosts and DJs animate the route with music and entertainment throughout, and roughly 25,000 runners take part in the Milan finale each year, closing out a national tour that in 2026 also stops in Turin, Bari, and Treviso. Entry includes an official event t-shirt, bib, disposable timing chip, insurance, a finisher medal, and post-race refreshments.

Deejay Ten is organized by Radio Deejay and is a non-competitive, music-driven running festival rather than a timed race for placing.
Milan is the traditional grand-finale stop of the national Deejay Ten tour, which in 2026 also visits Turin, Bari, and Treviso between March and October.
Prior Milan editions (2024, 2025) each drew roughly 25,000 participants for the stage.
This is a distinct event from the Milano Marathon (wizz-air-milano-marathon); Deejay Ten is a separate, shorter, non-competitive Radio Deejay event held on a different course and date.
