Egnazia Half Marathon
The Lowdown
The Egnazia Half Marathon is a coastal road race through Savelletri, a seaside frazione of Fasano in Apulia, held each fall along the Adriatic. The fifth edition takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, with start and finish on Via Fiume in the heart of Savelletri's small marina. The 21.097 km route hugs the coast toward Capitolo and the Archeolido before turning inland past the Egnazia archaeological museum and the Egnazia archaeological park, threading between the San Domenico golf course and the Borgo Egnazia resort, climbing through the countryside past Masseria Torre Coccaro among centuries-old olive trees and the region's red earth, then descending back to the sea past Pettolecchia castle for the finish. A companion Egnazia 10 race (9.5 km, competitive and non-competitive) starts alongside it. Online registration is open through October 29, 2026, with fees for the half marathon rising from EUR 20 in July to EUR 40 in the final week of October; entrants must be at least 18 and hold a valid athletics medical certificate. Entry includes bib, timing chip, event shirt, medal, aid stations, and medical support.
