The Maratón BP Castellón is run on Sunday 14 February 2027, its 17th edition. The marathon starts at 09:17 on Avinguda Vila-real, after the 10K FACSA, and finishes in Parque Ribalta in Castellón de la Plana. The fast, almost flat urban circuits pass the Grao maritime district and offer sea views, and the last kilometres were moved into the city centre for more crowd support. The race holds the World Athletics Road Race Label, and its course is homologated by the RFEA and World Athletics. The time limit is 5 h 30 min, with aid every 5 km and extra water every 2.5 km from km 15.
