- Must be at least 18 years old on race day (born on or before 2008-10-25)
- Complete official registration and full payment prior to race
- Present government-issued photo ID at bib collection
- Bib number is personal and non-transferable
- Medical certificate or physician clearance recommended; organizers may require one for participants showing health concerns
- Comply with race rules, marshals and course signage at all times
- Finish within the official cut-off time (6 hours) to receive official time and services
- Participants must use the official timing chip provided by organizers
- No unauthorized support or pacing on the course; only official aid stations permitted
- By registering, participants authorize use of event photographs and videos for promotional purposes

The course is predominantly flat and fast through the city streets of Aguascalientes, making it a good choice for personal best attempts and qualifying times, with chip timing for all finishers.
Finishers receive a custom medal and a technical race shirt, and the finish area includes post-race food and drinks with a beer garden and medical services on site.
