Tata Mumbai Marathon
Lo esencial
The Tata Mumbai Marathon is India's premier marathon and one of the largest running events in Asia, organised by Procam International. A World Athletics Label road race, it draws elite international athletes alongside tens of thousands of amateur runners and charity participants each January. The full marathon (42.195 km) starts in the early morning outside the historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and winds through Mumbai's iconic landmarks, including Marine Drive and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, before finishing back in South Mumbai. Known for its passionate crowd support and its strong charity fundraising platform, the event ranks among the top marathons globally and is held on the third Sunday of January each year.
