2027 Ibiza Marathon Announced for April 10, 2027 — Registration Now Open
Jun 24, 2026The 2027 Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon is confirmed for April 10, 2027. Registration opened May 18, 2026. Early bird pricing (€65 marathon, €30 22K, €20 12K) is available through June 3, 2027 or the first 1,000 bibs sold, whichever comes first. Three distances will be offered: Marathon, 22K, and 12K, all finishing in Santa Eulària des Riu.

Elegibilidad
- Minimum age 18 on race day (no under-18s permitted)
- Open to all nationalities; valid photo ID or passport required at check-in
- Registration required and must be completed before the published registration deadline
- No qualifying time required to enter
- Race number bib is non-transferable and must be worn visibly throughout the event
- Medical certificate of fitness for endurance running recommended; organizer may require a medical certificate or signed health declaration
- Participants must be able to finish within the official cut-off time (6 hours)
- All entrants must accept and comply with the event rules, safety instructions and anti-doping regulations
- Participants must have personal travel/medical insurance covering the event

Bib transfers to another runner permitted until 30 days before the race for a €10 administrative fee (ID and transfer form required)
Medical withdrawals with valid medical certificate submitted at least 14 days before the race may receive a 50% refund or full deferral without fee
The course features long stretches along the Mediterranean coastline with scenic sea views and passes several historic Ibiza landmarks and white-sand beaches.
Finishers receive a custom medal and technical finisher shirt, and the finish area offers a post-race food zone with local cuisine and a beer garden for participants and spectators.
The race weekend includes an official race expo with packet pick-up, a pre-race pasta dinner and a family-friendly 2 km kids' run the day before the marathon.
Aid stations are placed approximately every 3–5 km offering water, isotonic drink and first-aid support, and overall plus age-group prizes are awarded to top finishers.
Runners should plan for transport logistics in advance—there are bib pickup shuttles from central Ibiza Town on race morning and limited parking near the start—and bring sunscreen and a hat for strong April sun.
